Si les petites \u00e9choppes de tissus, fruits &amp; l\u00e9gumes ainsi que de nourriture de rue de surprendrons plus les plus aguerris, le march\u00e9 aux poissons leur fera lever les sourcils \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Le spectacle vaut le coup d\u2019\u0153il. Les \u00e9talages offrent \u00e0 la vue des passants ce que l\u2019on peut d\u00e9crire comme des montagnes himalayennes de poissons et crustac\u00e9s en tous genres. Nous vous mettons cependant en garde contre l\u2019arm\u00e9e de mouches qui a \u00e9tabli son campement sur les lieux.<\/p>\n<p>Il y en a pour tous les go\u00fbts, de toutes tailles et couleurs; des petites crevettes aux monstrueux \u00ab\u00a0Kingkish\u00a0\u00bb (Thazard ray\u00e9 indo-pacifique, esp\u00e8ce tr\u00e8s connue en Inde, au point que Le Sultanat d&rsquo;Oman lui d\u00e9dia un timbre en 1985).<\/p>\n<p>Le spectacle le plus amusant est sans aucun doute la d\u00e9coupe de ces b\u00eates \u00e0 nageoires. Assis en tailleurs tels des fakirs sur les \u00e9talages se tiennent les indiens en charge de cette t\u00e2che. Devant eux se dressent, sur des socles de bois, de longues lames aiguis\u00e9es comme des scalpels sur lesquels ils taillent de fins filets avec une force et une dext\u00e9rit\u00e9 surprenante. Par quel miracle r\u00e9ussissent-ils \u00e0 conserver l\u2019unit\u00e9 de leurs dix doigts\u00a0? Le myst\u00e8re reste entier.<\/p>\n<p>Les poissons semblent frais, on peut en voir nager dans de grands barils. Nous vous recommandons cependant la prudence en p\u00e9riode de fortes chaleurs. Nous avons test\u00e9 les crevettes apr\u00e8s les avoir fait revenir dans du beurre avec des herbes et des oignons.
