Ganesh Chaturthi est l’un des festival hindou le plus important. Il c\u00e9l\u00e8bre l’anniversaire du Seigneur de la sagesse et de la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 – le Dieu\u00a0Ganesha. Les pr\u00e9paratifs de cette f\u00eate sacr\u00e9e commencent des mois \u00e0 l’avance et le jour m\u00eame de la f\u00eate, des statues magnifiquement cisel\u00e9es de Ganesha sont\u00a0plac\u00e9es sur des plateformes sur\u00e9lev\u00e9es dans les maisons ou sur des\u00a0podiums ext\u00e9rieurs orn\u00e9s afin que les Hindous puissent rendre\u00a0hommage \u00e0\u00a0leur Dieu pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. Les temples consacr\u00e9s au Seigneur Ganesha organisent \u00e9galement des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sp\u00e9ciaux et des pri\u00e8res.
