Mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d’aujourd’hui est que les femmes en Inde s’\u00e9panouissent de plus en plus. Quel que soit leur \u00e2ge. Quelle que soit leur nationalit\u00e9. Et surtout au milieu du travail !<\/p>\n

\u00a0Pour cela, l’organisation WeAreTheCity India a cr\u00e9\u00e9 son propre site internet<\/a>, lanc\u00e9 en mai 2014, la journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme. Les sujets tournent autour des femmes entrepreneurs en Inde, des femmes sources d’inspiration pour les autres, des femmes d’expats et bien \u00e9videmment des femmes d’origine indienne \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger. C’est un v\u00e9ritable portail-r\u00e9seau qui contient des recommandations, des conseils (non professionnels) sur carri\u00e8re, la vie quotidienne en Inde, les astuces, etc. Vous y trouverez \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rents articles de blog, de l’information sur des \u00e9v\u00e9nements, l’actualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Son site-parent, WeAreTheCity, a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 Londres en 2008. Les co-fondateurs Vanessa et\u00a0Stewart Vallely ont toujours voulu voir leur site internet se d\u00e9velopper en Inde. Quant \u00e0 Vanessa, durant ses voyages \u00e0 travers l’Inde, elle \u00e9tait toujours inspir\u00e9e par les femmes qu’elle rencontrait et qui lui ont fait part de leur exp\u00e9rience professionnelle. Et leur r\u00eave est devenu r\u00e9alit\u00e9 !<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Pourquoi attendre si longtemps pour lancer le site internet en Inde?\u00a0\u00bb – demanderiez-vous. \u00ab\u00a0Personnellement je pense que c’est un \u00a0moment extr\u00eamement important pour les femmes en Inde<\/strong><\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, r\u00e9pond Caroline Graham, la r\u00e9dactrice de WeAreTheCity India. Beaucoup d’organisations-r\u00e9seaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es pour les femmes et aujourd’hui WeAreTheCity India veut que les femmes en Inde soient inspir\u00e9es (tout comme Vanessa) des exp\u00e9riences d’autres femmes, qu’elles n’aient pas peur de se lancer, qu’elles r\u00e9alisent qu’\u00eatre une femme ind\u00e9pendante en Inde c’est possible.<\/p>\n

Deux \u00e9v\u00e9nements majeurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s \u00e0 Mumbai cette ann\u00e9e 2014 pour la raison du lancement du site : le premier en mois de mai avait beaucoup de succ\u00e8s et le second en novembre qui s’est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre un \u00e9v\u00e9nement phare.<\/p>\n

Le site internet cible les femmes de partout en Inde et compte aujourd’hui environ 500 membres. WeAreTheCity India a lanc\u00e9 des micro-sites pour Mumbai et Bangalore et esp\u00e8re les d\u00e9velopper dans toutes les grandes villes en Inde, telles que Delhi, Pune, Chennai et\u00a0Hyderabad.<\/p>\n
