Mais depuis peu de temps IRCTC<\/strong> (la SNCF indienne ou bien Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) ne cesse d’am\u00e9liorer ses services pour faciliter la vie aux voyageurs. Et notre devoir est de vous les pr\u00e9senter comme il se doit.<\/p>\n

  1. Le brouillard : ennemi public num\u00e9ro 1 des voyageurs<\/strong>. Les 3 mois d’hiver sont les moins commodes pour le syst\u00e8me ferroviaire indien \u00e0 cause du brouillard. Les trains peuvent \u00eatre en retard de plusieurs heures. Mais maintenant il est possible de v\u00e9rifier si votre train est, oui ou non, affect\u00e9 par le brouillard sur erail.in<\/a>. \u00a0\u00a0\"guesthouse\"<\/li>\n
  2. Service SMS<\/strong>.\n

    1. Status<\/strong> : Il vous suffit d\u00e9sormais d’envoyer un SMS au 54959<\/strong> ou au 139<\/strong> avec comme texte \u00a0\u00ab\u00a0PNR **********<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb o\u00f9 ********** c’est votre num\u00e9ro PNR (si votre PNR est 2845303274, votre texte serait : PNR 2845303274).<\/li>\n
    2. Places disponibles<\/strong> : Envoyez TRNAV (par exemple, TRNAV\u00a012902 ADI BCT 0504 SL) au 54959<\/strong> pour savoir s’il y a encore des places disponibles pour votre trajet.<\/li>\n
    3. Localisation de votre train<\/strong> : TRNBT au 54959 <\/strong>pour connaitre la localisation exacte de votre train. Extr\u00eamement utile, si votre train est en retard…ou si vous, vous \u00eates en retard \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n
    4. Plateaux-repas livr\u00e9s au bord de votre train<\/strong>. Vous pouvez d\u00e9sormais commander et vous faire livrer votre repas pendant que vous \u00eates dans le train. Envoyez simplement un SMS avec comme texte \u00ab\u00a0Meal \u00a0\u00bb au 139. Vous serez contact\u00e9(e) par une personne travaillant au bord du train qui proposera un menu. Vous payerez une fois le repas livr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Repas au bord du rain<\/b>. IRCTC a lanc\u00e9 le service Book-a-Meal sur Internet pour les 2 lignes expresses : Karnataka Express et Goa Express. Nombreuses enseignes \u00e0 New Delhi proposent maintenant ce genre de service : Janta Meals, Jan Ahaars, Food Plazas, Dial-a-Meal. D\u00e9sormais les voyageurs peuvent commander le petit-d\u00e9jeuner, le d\u00e9jeuner ou le d\u00eener tout en r\u00e9servant leur billets de train.<\/li>\n
    6. R\u00e9veil<\/strong>. Vous avez une terrible envie de dormir, mais pensez que vous allez rater votre arr\u00eat? Pas de probl\u00e8me! Maintenant IRCTC vous appelle pour vous r\u00e9veiller une demi-heure avant votre arriv\u00e9e programm\u00e9e. Composez 139<\/strong> et dites \u00ab\u00a0Destination Alert\u00a0\u00bb. Composez ensuite votre num\u00e9ro PNR et recevez un appel plus tard!<\/li>\n
    7. Salle de d\u00e9tente de luxe pour les cadres<\/strong>. D\u00e9sormais \u00e0 New Delhi Railway Station vous pouvez trouver un espace de d\u00e9tente flambant neuf! Cette premi\u00e8re salle (pouvant accueillir 115 personnes), r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux cadres, est tr\u00e8s propre, confortable, \u00e9quip\u00e9e de Wi-Fi, d’un buffet, de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision., de tableau d’affichage des trains. Vous pourrez y trouver \u00e9galement des journaux et des magazines, de m\u00eame qu’un espace de travail avec un bureau et tout le mat\u00e9riel n\u00e9cessaire pour scanner, imprimer ou faire des photocopies. En plus, tout cela au prix tr\u00e8s raisonnable! 350 Rs pour 3 heures! Et si vous voulez rester plus longtemps (et nous vous comprenons! \ud83d\ude09 ), ce serait 150 Rs par heure suppl\u00e9mentaire.
