Allez sur le site\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/erail.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/erail.in\/<\/a>, entrez votre ville de d\u00e9part et d\u2019arriv\u00e9e, ainsi que la date. Sur un tableau vous verrez qu\u2019il y a plusieurs classes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u2019il y a un x, cela veut dire que cette classe n\u2019est pas disponible.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019il est \u00e9crit par exemple: AVAILABLE 8 dans la colonne 3A cela veut dire qu\u2019il reste 8 places dans la 3eme classe.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019il est \u00e9crit par exemple RLWL26\/WL18, cela veut dire que vous \u00eates sur liste d\u2019attente, 26 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sur liste d\u2019attente et maintenant vous \u00eates le 18eme. Si vous r\u00e9servez ce billet de train, vous ne saurez que quelques heures avant votre train si vous avez de la place, et vous perdez votre billet si vous ne prenez pas ce train.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019il est \u00e9crit par exemple RAC 18 cela veut dire que vous \u00eates sur liste d\u2019attente, mais que vous pouvez quand m\u00eame monter dans le train (le risque de devoir partager sa place avec quelqu\u2019un)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Quotas<\/h2>\n<p>Il y a diff\u00e9rents quotas pour pouvoir r\u00e9server votre billet. V\u00e9rifiez le quota\u00a0<strong>g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/strong>\u00a0pour commencer.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous ne trouvez aucune place, vous pouvez toujours trouver une place \u00e0 10h du matin, 24h avant le\u00a0d\u00e9part de votre train\u00a0gr\u00e2ce au\u00a0quota \u00ab\u00a0<strong>tatkal\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bb. Il faut faire vite, car de nombreuses personnes essayent de r\u00e9server un billet \u00e0 ce moment.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez un visa\u00a0<strong>touriste<\/strong>\u00a0et que vous \u00eates en Inde au moment o\u00f9 vous voulez r\u00e9server votre billet, rendez vous directement dans les gares qui vendent des places au quota touriste (par exemple, il y a un bureau uniquement \u00e0 la gare NDLS \u00e0 New Delhi). La plupart des trains\u00a0garde quelques places pour les touristes, mais on ne peut pas les r\u00e9server en ligne.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9servez un billet<\/h2>\n<p>Maintenant que vous savez s\u2019il y a de la place dans le train que vous voulez, comment r\u00e9server votre billet de train ? le processus d\u00e9pend de plusieurs variables : si vous avez un num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone indien ou non, et si vous avez un compte bancaire indien ou non.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Si vous avez un num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone indien<\/strong>, vous pouvez r\u00e9server votre billet de train sur le site IRCTC (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.irctc.co.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.irctc.co.in<\/a>). Il faut d\u2019abord cr\u00e9er un compte IRCTC, suivez les instructions, vous recevrez un code sur votre adresse mail et un autre sur votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, notez les bien, vous aurez besoin de ces deux codes pour confirmer votre compte. Une fois votre compte cr\u00e9\u00e9, vous pouvez facilement r\u00e9server un billet de train.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous ne pourrez cependant pas r\u00e9server de billet en quota tatkal (last minute) si vous n&rsquo;avez pas un compte en banque indien.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Si vous n\u2019avez pas de num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone indien\u00a0<\/strong>: le processus est alors plus compliqu\u00e9, il faut suivre de nombreuses \u00e9tapes. Mais si vous \u00eates patients vous pouvez essayer.\n<ol>\n<li><em>Vous \u00eates pr\u00eat \u00e0 payer 100rs.<\/em>\u00a0Vous pouvez maintenant cr\u00e9er un compte avec un num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \u00e9tranger si vous payez 100rs par carte internationale avant de recevoir le code par SMS sur votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Cela couvre le co\u00fbt d&rsquo;envoi d&rsquo;un SMS \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger. Un compte cr\u00e9\u00e9 de cette fa\u00e7on vous permet de r\u00e9server un ticket de quota touristique en 1AC et 2AC avec un suppl\u00e9ment de 200rs. Toutefois, ces billets en ligne \u00ab\u00a0quota touristique\u00a0\u00bb sont chers. Le syst\u00e8me ne fonctionne pas tr\u00e8s bien selon les retours de nos clients. Tout le monde ne re\u00e7oit pas les SMS.<\/li>\n<li><em>Vous ne voulez pas payer 100rs ou vous ne recevez pas les SMS sur votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.<\/em>\n<ol>\n<li>Il faut donc envoyer un mail \u00e0\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:care@irctc.co.in\">care@irctc.co.in<\/a>\u00a0pour leur demander de vous envoyer le mobile OTP (mot de passe pour le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone) sur votre adresse mail. Dans ce mail, joignez une photocopie de votre passeport, et donnez votre identifiant IRCTC. Expliquez clairement que vous \u00eates un \u00e9tranger, que vous n\u2019avez pas de num\u00e9ro indien et que vous avez besoin de ce code Mobile OTP pour activer votre compte IRCTC. Vous recevrez sous peu un mail d\u2019IRCTC vous disant qu\u2019ils ont bien re\u00e7u votre mail. Notez bien le ticket ID qu\u2019ils vous donnent.<\/li>\n<li>Attendez leur r\u00e9ponse (cela peut prendre plusieurs jours). Ils vous donneront votre \u00ab\u00a0mobile OTP\u00a0\u00bb, et changeront votre mot de passe IRCTC, notez le bien. D\u00e9sormais, vous pouvez vous connecter \u00e0 votre compte\u00a0IRCTC.
