Si vous pr\u00e9voyez de visiter la ville de Jodhpur, la deux\u00e8me ville la plus grande dans le Rajasthan \u00e0 l’automne prochain, ne ratez surtout pas le festival de musiques traditionnelles qui se d\u00e9roule dans le Fort de\u00a0Mehrangarh, le\u00a0RIFF Festival –\u00a0Rajasthan International Folk Festival.<\/p>\n

Tous les ans en Octobre depuis 2007, ce festival r\u00e9unit plus de 250 artistes du monde entier pour comm\u00e9morer diff\u00e9rents h\u00e9ritages musicaux. Cette ann\u00e9e, les visiteurs ont pu appr\u00e9cier la musique de diff\u00e9rents groupes traditionnels Rajasthanis ainsi que des artistes internationaux comme Manu Chao La Ventura qu’on ne pr\u00e9sente plus, la famille des Gypsy kings, Maya Kamati de l’\u00eele de la r\u00e9union, SPIRO, Qawaali avec Rizwan et Muazzam et the Legacy of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, artistes tr\u00e8s\u00a0c\u00e9l\u00e8bres\u00a0du Pakistan. Il y a eu \u00e9galement des\u00a0<\/strong>collaborations entre artistes de la sc\u00e8ne internationale et artistes locaux tels que\u00a0Kaela Rowan Group, groupe folk Irlandais et musiciens folk Rajasthanis ou encore Maru Tarang, collaboration Australienne\/Rajasthani\u00a0. Le tout dans le cadre f\u00e9erique du Fort de\u00a0Mehrangarh de Jodhpur! Certains concerts se d\u00e9roulent dans les jardins, dans les petites cours et aux alentours du Fort, de jour comme de nuit.<\/p>\n

Les visiteurs ont pu croiser Le Maharaja de Jodhpur,\u00a0Gaj Singh II of Marwar\u00a0et sa famille, m\u00e9c\u00e8ne de l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement ainsi que Mick Jagger, chanteur des Rolling Stonesm\u00e9c\u00e8ne international.<\/p>\n

C’est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de qualit\u00e9 qui r\u00e9unit chaque ann\u00e9e plus de 3000 visiteurs. N’h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 venir le d\u00e9couvrir l’ann\u00e9e prochaine!<\/p>\n
